We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Refund

To start a refund, you can contact us at support@topauroeyewear.com. Attach a picture of the product and the reason for refund. We will notify you if your refund has been accepted. When refund request has been accepted you’ll be automatically refunded. This will take up to 10 business days to process the refund and credit it back into your original payment method.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at support@topauroeyewear.com. If you would like an exchange, contact us and send us a picture of the product and reason for the exchange. Once approved, purchase the intended item on our website at topauroeyewear.com. Send us proof of purchase or a receipt. When purchase is verified we will credit the original amount back into your original payment method.
